At Latte' Factory, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

1. Contact Latte' Factory customer service at 425-419-3005 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  No returns will be accepted without this RMA.

2.  Re-package and ship to Latte' Factory using the instructions provided by Customer Service Representative.

3.  All returned items must be in the original packaging.

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
