This 100% Arabica, single origin Brazilian coffee is our company favorite. If you are tired of the dark-roast, high acidity coffee with a strong after-taste, then this coffee will become your favorite as well. Our beans are selected for their freshness, condition and quality, then custom-roast these beans to just the right level of roast. Some would consider ours a "Medium" roast plus a bit. We believe that our master roaster has developed the skill to bring this coffee to it's utmost in perfection. We sell many different coffee varieties and roasts, but we only put our name on this one.
